Apple raisin-oat biscuits

Oats are rich in tryptophan and this substance is the precursor of the happiness hormone serotonin. Serotonin deficiency has been associated with insomnia, depression, eating disorders, increased pain sensitivity and lack of sleep....

You need:

-200 grams Oats

-2 (Jona Gold) apples

-2 Figs

-60 grams raisins

-60 grams almond shavings

-2 tspn Cinnamon powder

-2 tspn Ginger powder

-*1 tspn of spiced biscuit mix

-40 grams of (grass)butter

Cut the raisings,figs in small chunks, crush the almond shavings, cut the butter in small pieces, grate the apples; putt all together in a bowl and mix with your hands into 14-16 small balls.

Make them flat with your hands and bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 170 degrees.
