Healthy Crackers
These crackers are super healthy and also fun and easy to make!
You need:
- 360 ml. water,
- 110 grams flaxseed
- 40 grams of chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt
& 1 tablespoon of seeds (for example: fennel, mustard, coriander, anise or cumin)
Put the seeds & salt in a bowl with 360 ml. water.
Stir together and let stand for an hour until the mixture has turned into a jelly.
Preheat the oven to 100 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with baking paper, pour the jelly onto the baking sheet and make a thin even layer with your hands.
Bake them crispy in + - 2.5 hours.
Gently pull the baking paper off and break into pieces.
It is best to store them in airtight storage tin (they last about a week)
Plus: they are best if you heat them in the air fryer for a few minutes before eating them (with cheese!) SUPER TASTY !
